The original version of Over the Rainbow used to give me lots of comfort when my mum first moved over to the UK leaving my brother and myself back in South Africa in 1989. Tonight, I went from a high to almost rock bottom within in minutes, whilst out running trying to make sense and just clear my mind and telling myself not to be "so stupid" I had this song booming in my ears. I think it cleared my head and I have bounced back.
